We are a 501(c)(6) membership-based nonprofit that exists to promote its members' business interests, without the goal of making a profit.

FLAM USA is apolitical and may engage in lobbying that is germane to accomplishing their exempt purposes.

No one individual or shareholder benefits financially from the organization's income.

​

Contributions to section 501(c)(6) organizations are not deductible as charitable contributions on the donor’s federal income tax return.
