FLAM USA is apolitical and may engage in lobbying that is germane to accomplishing their exempt purposes. No one individual or shareholder benefits financially from the organization's income. Contributions to section 501(c)(6) organizations are not deductible as charitable contributions on the donor’s federal income tax return.
